Our client is a leading international shipping group looking for a VLCC Inspection Specialist to be part of their team based in Asia.
With extensive hands-on experience in VLCC inspections, this will include:-
- SIRE and SIRE 2.0
- OCIMF requirements
- pre-vetting inspections and gap analysis
- PSC and Flag State inspections
- ISM, ISPS and MARPOL compliance
- close-out of inspection findings.
You will be a Master of VLCCs or Marine or Vetting Superintendent, Tanker Inspector or equivalent, and will have extensive VLCC operational and inspection experience, including vessel condition assessment. The location may vary depending on vessel schedules and inspection requirements, and these locations will include India and China.
Excellent communication skills in English will be essential and willingness to travel as required. An attractive salary will be offered for the right candidate.
