This leading shipping company has an opening for a Post Fixture specialist to join their high calibre team in London.

If you enjoy working to the highest standards and taking ownership, then this is the role for you. You will use your strong financial acumen and knowledge of C/P terms and operations to calculate freight and hire charges. You will issue accurate invoices to Charterers (freight, hire, demurrage, claims, etc) and follow up on prompt payments. You will enjoy working closely with the Chartering team to support resolution of disputes, as well as the Operations and Legal teams.
You must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, particularly working with a tanker fleet and sound knowledge of C/P terms.
To succeed in this role, you will have a positive attitude, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically to support decisions. This will be supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative approach to work. Knowledge of IMOS is an added advantage.
Applicants must have existing long term work entitlement for the UK and those already living within commuting distance of London will be prioritised.
