An established ship owner presently seeks an Operations Executive to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for the operations of the company’s owned / chartered vessels, including daily communication with charterers, managers, creating hire invoices/statement and input into the company's operation system (IMOS), post-fixture operation of the Company's owned/chartered bulk carriers, understanding of BL's, LOI etc. In addition to your daily tasks, you should have some basic understanding in invoice settlement, insurance and claims.
A successful applicant will have 2-3 years of relevant experience working in dry bulk operations, and will possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience using IMOS is preferred.
This role is open to Singaporean only.
