We are delivering the search for a Director of Sales for Marine High Speed Engines for a prestigious company in the Middle East.
In the High-Speed Engines segment, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, coordination,
and support of Sales personnel. Setting short and long term goals / objectives, you will develop and manage the Sales Plan, and
monitor and report on Sales activities and progress. This will include managing sales, market intelligence analysis, pricing, and motivating technical sales staff to achieve the sales target and revenue.
You will have experience and a network in high speed sales for marine engines and customer relationship management expertise, supported by technical and management competencies.
