We are exclusively working with this organisation who is looking for an experienced Marine Superintendent to join their team in Jakarta.
Working with a mixed fleet, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth operations of vessels with health, safety and environmental compliance as a top priority. Key to this will be:
- supporting fleet operations teams in all aspects of the vessels’ daily operations;
- advising on rules and regulations for different port calls;
- providing guidance to Masters on cargo loading / discharging operations;
- working closely with Technical to ensure smooth running of vessels.
You will enjoy using your experience as a Master, preferably of both dry cargo and tanker vessels, together with your experience ashore in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to identify and address areas for improvement or requirements for training.
