Halcyon has partnered with a large ship owner to deliver the search for a Strategic Procurement Manager. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will have oversight of the day to day activities of the technical procurement team of 14, and will own and lead the strategic interactions and negotiations with the supplier base. 

 

We are looking for someone with significant experience of delivering the technical procurement strategy for a ship owner via a sizeable team, and who is able to contribute to the development and implementation of future strategies. 

This is an exciting time for this company who have a growing fleet, in size, fuel types and complexity, and are developing and updating their systems and processes throughout the business. 

The role is based in their central London office.
