Job Description
As the pace of change continues to accelerate towards low carbon maritime operations and assets, we are seeing service companies and OEM's make radical changes to adapt, contribute to future of sustainable shipping and position themselves to benefit from the opportunities presented. 

We have partnered with one such organisation, who are building a global team of Strategic Customer Managers. 
 
In this role, you will integrate with with one or two strategically important customers (ship owners), building relationships across their organisation and building understanding of how to shape the business (your employer) to better serve the current and future needs of the customer. 
 
This should be considered as a long-term, key role in aligning one of the World's best known marine service companies with the needs of it's customers.

You will be the voice of the customer internally and should be able to solve problems, remove barriers and contribute to shaping strategy which will guide the development of service offerings and acquisitions, as well as build market share and customer loyalty.
 
To be successful in this role, you will have the communication style and breadth of experience which allows you to interact at every level and with every department within the customer, globally.
 
Candidates with senior customer / business development, or leadership experience in marine service companies, OEM, ship management or ship brokering firms are encouraged to apply. 
 
We are also looking for applicants in Oslo and Hamburg.
