A challenging role has arisen for a Guest Relations Operations Manager to join this growing organisation, based in KSA. Working from this great location, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered to VVIP guests.
With previous experience in a similar role in the first class hotel or yacht marina sector, you will drive service standards throughout the operations and resolve any queries quickly and efficiently. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English is essential, and Arabic or any European language would also be beneficial.
Ideally, you will also have previously worked in the region.
